General Guidelines

Start Small: Regular, short periods of mindfulness are often more effective than occasional long sessions. Even one minute can be beneficial.

Integrate into Daily Life: Turn routine activities like showering, washing dishes, or driving into mindful moments by focusing your full attention on the sensations involved.
